Fleeting Moments - Fleeting Light

Artful photo moments arise often in nature, sunrises and sunsets are a good example of those times. Clouds reflect the last rays of the setting sun, mood sets in and the scenes become soft and magical. Being at the right place at the right time is often luck, sometimes planned but always a joy to experience.

My time outside is renewing and joyful, I never feel anything but pure happiness and peace. Not every moment can be captured in a photo, sometimes the moment needs to be enjoyed for itself with no camera.

This image was taken (by luck) at Waterton Lakes National Park in southern Alberta.  The Park was devastated by wildfires in 2017, but beauty still exists.
